This Privacy Policy applies to (the “Site”).  Halo Waterfowl respects each individual’s right to personal privacy.  Generally, you can browse through our Site without proving any personal information.  However, periodically you may be asked to provide personal information to access a specific information resource or as a part of a request for information.  We will collect and use information through our Site only in the ways disclosed in this Privacy Policy as amended or updated from time-to-time.

Information Collection
At Halo Waterfowl, personal information means any information that may be used to specifically identify an individual, including, but not limited to, name, email address, physical address, gender, occupation, industry, and other information requested when requested in an on-line form.  In general, you can visit the Site anonymously.  However, there are areas of the Site that may require some personal information to enable secure access or to assist us in providing you with specific information about our products and services.  By providing this information, you are expressly consenting to Halo Waterfowl collecting and using your information in accordance with this policy (as amended and updated).
If you purchase products or services from Halo Waterfowl, all credit card processing is handled by our partner Shopify.  When you purchase products and services from Halo Waterfowl, you credit card information will be handled by Shopify and subject to their terms and conditions.  You can review Shopify’s privacy policy and terms of use prior to submitting your credit card information by visiting their web site at
If you do not approve our use of your personal information as it is outlined in this policy, do not view this Site and do not submit personal information to Halo Waterfowl.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
In order to operate this Site and in order to provide you with the products and services you have requested, Halo Waterfowl may occasionally need to share information with third parties.  We may transmit your personally identifiable information to service providers who assist us with processing orders, shipping products to you, processing your payment information, sending you catalogs, conducting surveys and product reviews, promotions, and send you emails and newsletters.  Some of these third party organizations may have their own Privacy Polices which may give you additional protections, so you are encouraged to read those policies when presented to you.  These Companies are authorized to use your personally identifiable information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

This Site is operated in the United States.  Please be aware that any information you provide to use will be transferred to the United States.  By using this Site, and/or providing us with your Personal Information through this website, you consent to this transfer.
